97MM shares you say?

97MM shares that ISBG issued to "pay" DKTS for Besado/Dziaq, you say??

A certificate for 97MM ISBG shares that was supposed to be distributed to DKTS shareholders "no later than" July 2015, but, to date, has not been, you say???

That is SO weird!

Weird because I just heard today that ISBG's O/S has dropped by... wait for it... 98-ish million shares, in the last couple days.

Are they trying to unwind the Besado deal??? Maybe because it couldn't pass an audit? Maybe trying to combine the two companies instead???
