VXX holds these general levels or closes higher it will confirm the bottom pattern being put in currently. No guarantees, and definitely no time line, but I've seen this "bottoming" type pattern many times in VXX , and often it means UP, especially after it has had a recent burst ( Brexit) .

Time is the #1 commodity in options.
