Gerald fabricated a "pie in the sky" company of outlandish proportions in his daily Tweets, personal shareholder emailing's and monthly CEO Blogs. He would say things like:

"were on the fairway"

"to 100 real fast"

"I'd be buying all I can under $0.08"

"nothing has fundamentally changed, were still on track"

"we'll only up-list from strength"

"trust the science"

"we understand financial engineering"

this list goes on and on and on - for years

which make one question: is Gerald a sociopath, what's Gerald's true grasp on reality, is he totally inexperienced & utterly incompetent, or does he tell covert lies to entice shareholders to invest?

either way, this CEO should never have been a CEO - ever - this was mistake number 1
