Whether it's a scam or not, people who play OTC stocks couldn't care less. Actually, scams are better plays than legit businesses. Legit businesses take time to develop while scams can soar based on hype created by the CEO that otherwise wouldn't be present.

So come on Frankie. Give 'em the old razzle dazzle. Razzle dazzle 'em.
