This is from project plan for OSD(DLA) pilot for dna marking of 6 FSGs
Why would they ask to increase DNA producitonmethods to accommodate marking six FSGs if mandate not expanded.
After the company increases the production methods and OSD does not do the expand, then its waste of money for the company.
For me, mandate expansion is done deal, but I dont have money to buy any more shares :(
