Baltic Dry Index up 50% YTD. Shippers have lagged significantly despite oil's rise and consolidation. Yesterday, several of the shippers showed signs of life. The biggest risk in the sector (i.e.- biggest reward potential) shot off a 'volume alert'. The simply chart is starting to show buy signals. Looking like a real beauty chart-wise.
