My very good friend that works with the Obama administration strongly believes that if the DEA doesnt do something Obama will use an executive order to totally unshedule Pot. According to him Barrack will be releasing hundreds of low level drug offenders (Commuting their sentences) as he leaves office. He has already commuted over 200 prisoners ( more than the last 6 Preidents combined ) and just in March released 61 drug offenders. He feels that a change in the scheduling justifies his release of these people as Pot will no longer be illegal. He REALLY Wants the DEA to do this so it doesnt look like he orchestrated the whole thing but he will use an executive order if he has to. My buddy actually said some people close to him think it could be thousands of people that get their sentences commuted in a mass commutation. Supposedly he has been reviewing over 6,000 drug cases to present to Obama for approval. I beleive it when I see it but that would be some crazy shit.
