Our total revenues from continuing operations for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 were approximately $13.2 million and $1.2 million, respectively. Net income from continuing operations for the year ended December 31, 2015 was approximately $2.5 million, or $0.04 per share on a basic and diluted basis, versus a net loss from continuing operations of approximately $2.5 million, or $0.04 net loss per share on a basic and diluted basis for the year ended December 31, 2014. On April 2, 2015, we sold our Andrea Anti-Noise Products Division. For the year ended December 31, 2015, the Anti-Noise Products business segment generated approximately $662,000 in revenue and a total operating loss of approximately $300,000 and we recorded a gain on the sale of the segment of approximately $880,000. For the year ended December 31, 2014, the Anti-Noise Products business segment generated approximately $1.6 million in revenue and a total operating loss of approximately $365,000. On December 22, 2015, Andrea Electronics Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Settlement Agreement with HP Inc. (“HP”). Under the Settlement Agreement the Company settled outstanding litigation between the Company and HP including Andrea Electronics Corporation v. Hewlett-Packard Co., Civ. Action No. 2:15-cv-208, pending in the Eastern District of New York and Certain Audio Processing Hardware and Software and Products Containing the Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-949, pending at the International Trade Commission (collectively, the “Litigation”). In addition, the Company and HP entered into a Patent License Agreement.

On January 27, 2016, Andrea Electronics Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Settlement Agreement with ASUSTeK Computer Inc. and ASUS Computer International (“Asus”). Under the Settlement Agreement the Company settled outstanding litigation between the Company and Asus including Andrea Electronics Corporation v. ASUS Computer Inc. et al., Civ. Action No. 2:15-cv-00214, pending in the Eastern District of New York and Certain Audio Processing Hardware and Software and Products Containing the Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-949, pending at the International Trade Commission. On February 16, 2016, Andrea Electronics Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Settlement Agreement with Conexant Systems, Inc. (“Conexant”). Under the Settlement Agreement the Company settled outstanding litigation between the Company and Conexant includingAndrea Electronics Corporation v. Conexant Systems, Inc., International Trade Commission case No. 337-TA-949. On February 18, 2016, Andrea Electronics Corporation (the "Company") entered into a Settlement Agreement with Lenovo (United States) Inc., ("Lenovo"). Under the Settlement Agreement the Company settled outstanding litigation between the Company and Lenovo including Andrea Electronics Corp. v. Lenovo Group Ltd. et al., and Andrea Electronics Corp. v. Lenovo Holding Co., Inc. et al., in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Case Nos. 2:14-cv-04489 and 2:15-cv-00212), and Certain Audio Processing Hardware and Software and Products Containing Same, in the United States International Trade Commission (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-949). The parties also entered a License Agreement.

On March 3, 2016, Andrea Electronics Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Settlement Agreement with Waves Audio Ltd. (“Waves”) which resolved outstanding litigation between the Company and Waves including Certain Audio Processing Hardware and Software and Products Containing the Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-949 pending at the United States International Trade Commission, and Inter Partes Reviewrequests IPR2016-00459; IPR2016-00461; and IPR2016-00474 pending at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
