Public companies have more flexibility for financing and growth. ITD is just a regional company/name and maybe growth is limited now...

Regardless, I don't see that as likely for reasons you suggest.

However, any production of the hospitals or mobile clinics seem very logical to place in a JV within the Kallo shell in order to take advantage of the tax write off / structure.. IMO.

We need/deserve an update on status...
