A little unknown. IMO one really needs to know what they're getting themselves into when accumulating on a new company, especially on the otc. However, even a listed company that is first starting out that needs funding along the way suffers the exact same action. Wasn't this around $8 last year? Many nose dive not long after they come to life publicly. Understanding this, and seeing it happen over and over again is why I just kept it on radar before I started getting a little more serious in my accumulation which I have done so far with an average right at .40 now. They need to finance somehow. But, that's not the main thing we're seeing here imo. Previous owners of the shell on their way out the door also contribute to the takedown. So, my strategy is to follow the science and try and catch the major dips when I can. Thinking sometime towards the EOY into 2017 this will gain a bit more attention.
Just need to do your DD and stay on top of things. Risk tolerance and long term objectives.
