INCC 1s lotto...no R/S in approx 10 years of company's trading history in the otc....bought in under the premise a positive DEA mj reclassification ruling will benefit most MJ companies, especially those trading @.0001 regardless what this company has said they would do and didn't...only thing worth pointing out is INCC did have a substantial share reduction and ran from April of 2014 from .0001 to 2 cents in the summmer thereafter...pps stayed over a penny for an entire month until Sept 2014....float was about half as much then with the A/S currently 2.5b and the O/S currently about half a bill less
