What would ITD have to create/modify at their new facility in order to manufacture, test and prove functionality of the mobile/modular health care structures. Just saying maybe ITD isn't ready and if so, how could we expect Kallo to get a down payment?

Seems to me ITD has a lot of time vested into Kallo projects. Did everyone just give up and stock go to no bid last year???

Would seem odd considering all the bias to equity ownership and ITD acquiring and upgrading a huge facility..
