Unfortunately, it's doubtful. Margrit is too small a fish most likely, and the SEC has larger targets in its sight.
I would be surprised if Margrit is loaded with funds - though she deserves 'justice', the latter is becoming a rare commodity in this country of late. The best we can hope is that Margrit doesn't lure a third round of stuckholders into MRIB; things as they are, I suspect it's unlikely she gets another shot.
