The EPA has begun its campaign to remove toxic 'isocyanates' from distribution in any form. CA is leading the charge in 2016 and may have banned all PU-based coatings, adhesives, paints, foams etc from store shelves by 2017. I've just sent an email with information about a co that was awarded the EPA Presidential Green Chemistry Award one year ago for its 100% green/plant-based, superior performance non-isocyanate PU to 'Sales' at AdvanSource Bio. The new NIPU characteristics have been well-tested in many venues, including exhaustive testing by the EPA itself and has been found superior in all ways, not to diminish its non-toxic properties.
