Here's what I know. The China idea was a great idea. Honest and hardworking people have been developing it for over 15 years. They did not have the capital to take it further. Along came Pierce, using Grant Atkins as his front man. They promised these guys the cash. They asked for business plan, projections, etc. They used these guys knowledge to build the website, sent them on trips to China to make deals with the guarantee that the cash will be there to back their deals... After the pump and dump was done, the promise of capital was gone. And the rest is history. I don't know what the connection is between Pierce and Tracy and Barton Hollow but Pierce was definitely behind SVEN/ILUS.
