This is not your normal name change. We have multiple company's merging into HEFFX. Hef would not hire a lawyer to just give up. This kind of filling runs minimum $30k to research, input, and file. 2nd round of questions takes time. I am hopeful we here something next week. Unless they asked for more info.

The summer months are the slowest, we were seeing 60 to 80 fillings submitted daily now we are seeing 30 to 50. Our FINRA handler could of gone on vacation, we just don't know.

You do not tweet about the merge and spend money lawyering up then say no.

Peps are holding and for a very good reason. This merge will go forward.
