No shell was purchased. Dynamic Applications simply changed its name:

An amendment to the Corporation's Certificate of Incorporation to change the name of the Corporation from "Dynamic Applications Corp." to "OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp." (the "Name Change").

And Asher Zwebner was very much a part of the company at one time:

In addition, we understand that another issuer, Santa Fe Petroleum, Inc. (formerly Baby All Corp.), filed an S-1 in 2011 with disclosure that it had acquired a patent from a party other than AZF. The foregoing information was provided to the Company by Mr. Zwebner. We are not aware of any other public companies that may have been involved in patent acquisition agreements with AZF while working with Mr. Zwebner.

That's from the SIXTH amendment to a Form 10 filed by the company in 2014. The SEC must have found it highly unsatisfactory; Forms 10 don't usually get that much attention. In the end, however, the Corp Fin reviewers allowed it to become effective.
