MGT , The way its supposed to be done. They have driven the price up with press releases --now they are issuing more shares-next will be the reverse split driving the price up with the low float--off to the races. DNRG is doing it all wrong--stock is now to low to issue shares and not enough shares and capitalization to reverse split. They have not gained the support of investors. Then again this may all be smoke and mirrors. Have we seen anything definitive?
