The sad thing is that Moore, Hammond, Sutherland, McWilliams, etc had extremely good ideas, and worked hard to turn their ideas into reality but they did not have the capital. Along came these crooks. They gave them just enough capital to dress it up (fancy website, etc.), get it ready for IPO, use their research and knowledge of the industry they're in to give it legitimacy. And oh, yeah they gave these guys shares but they are restricted while these crooks can pump and dump their shares freely! These crooks do not want these businesses to succeed because they want to turn the shell company around for their next pump and dump!
