Sounds like another poor plan for holding onto those shares whether shareholders wish to or not - unless, of course, the stock gets revoked first.
Perhaps the SEC will take notice of the numerous HESG scams that have caused shareholders to become handcuffed to their shares, a.k.a. holding on.
