I'm not surprised really. The shareholder base for this stock is TINY and is mostly insider owned. Nobody knows about it.

Also yesterday's announcement represented a sale of 1 unit and a placement of 1 pay per use unit. Not gigantic by any means. The company has not provided enough information as to how these different placement options will affect the financials and/or what recurring revenues may be derived from placements.

I suspect also that we really need to see more sales and better understand what if any recurring revenues may be generated from outright sales in order for the price to be significantly affected.

IMO, adding legacy business affiliates provides for more revenues and earnings longer term unless the scale of QVH sales increases significantly and a residual revenue base is established. So price not moving isn't a big deal and you probably should be happy no one is pushing the price if you want to buy. Price could even fall back if there isn't more news in the coming weeks. But I expect this first announcement is just the start and we will see additional updates near term.
