Spam. I got spammed to buy this stock. Any company that feels the need to spam or retain a third party service provider who uses spam as a device to induce the purchase and sale of securities is not reputable.

But then again, they just registered common stock, and common stock underlying warrants that need to be exercised. So the company and the newly registered security holders want out.
