Since the company is still non reporting there isn't an obligation to disclose anything until they get current on their filings. I'll reserve an opinion until then. Educating oneself on the OTC market would be a great first step before making accusations. IMO you are either the party seeking a payout or a third party involved which offers motive to your post. I've seen this before and it reeks of disgruntled individual trying to shakedown. All IMO
