The reason for thaR/S reverse split is because Carghol needs to get price over $1.00 so he is not delisted and also received a bonus if he does. I just can't understand how anyone would look at the ask price of .50 and think anyone would buy in what a joke. You can give all the tecnical BS you want in your posts RS only benefits one person here and his name is Jimmy Carghol who has been taking investors money for years. All it takes is a little research on the president. What a joke.
