eoption is ranked by Barron’s As a Top Firm for Lowest Monthly Cost for Occasional & Frequent Traders in 2016 according to their website.
$3 per stock or option trade, with .15 per contract.
.15 per contract is the lowest price that I have seen. HFTs that play 10-50+ contracts at a time should definitely be interested.
Not many of those type of people on ihub, but there are a few out there. A lot of them play weekly options close to expiration because of the massive volatility.
