Only way out, low float, do a $50K campaign tied around the upcoming bull market in gold and brexit. Along with the upcoming votes in legalizing pot, plus California. $50K now a days is a cheap pump. Seeing a huge money making and moving shares pump is going to cost these guys $70-100K. These clowns are way to cheap to do anything like this.
