R/S, reduce the number of issued and outstanding shares of the common stock of Green through a reverse stock split on the basis of 1 for 2000, and reducing the number of authorized shares from the present number of Ten Billion (10,000,000,000) to Two Billion (2,000,000,000) and the par value of the common stock to remain at $0.0001.
