I'm not sure Captain Billy would appreciate being referred to as the spokesman for the company at this point.
You may want to clarify, it seems like everyone else he has been screwed over, now your suggestion that he is the face and the voice of a defunct and troubled company, while having no real say over any subsequent company decision- could leave him in a precarious and unenviable and un-defendable position.

But that's just my opinion.
