Bearing in mind that I have absolutely no knowledge or facts to support my guesstimate, but....

I would imagine that they only have a limited amount of time to actually make the R/S happen given the special meeting took place on June 16th or so...

Not at all sure how this process goes from here, but the longer it takes IMO, the more likely it is that they may have run into a few bumps in the road that may be holding them back from completing the aforementioned R/S.

Again, I have no idea how this hole thing works, but I do know that the more time that goes by without this R/S taking place, the more and more reasons I will personally have for holding out hope.

Would love for someone else with previous knowledge and experience on R/S's to chime in if you could.
