Any and all relationships by or between Sceptor Holdings Inc. (BRZL) et al and Maine Woods Biomass Exports, LLC have reportedly been terminated by MWBE for lack of consideration and performance related reasons. No shares of either firm have ever been transacted by or between the entities. Termination notice was apparently issued to Jim Hicks effective June 1, 2016. A conversation with President - CEO of MWBE can confirm this.
