as far as that goes looks like this turned into a tax advantage for this POS company seems like all Stevens POS mergers end up that way now. he figured out how to not bring heat on himself where his stocks used to blowup out of nowhere and lots of us would make good coin. now they just s#$t the bed almost like he looks for companies that dont give a rats ass about share price just looking for an advantage in one way or another. i own nothing here for a several weeks so dont give two #$%ts anyway but will watch see if these ass clowns can break the cycle stevens seems to be in with his reverse mergers.
