I have been asked many times why more direct actions have not been taken against the peplle who stole the company, held one flawed and uncertified election, and then have not held a vote for 5 years.

If Airene Williams was worth a nickel, we would have easily prevailed in forcing a long overdue vote.

Yes what would Sinatra do if some clowns musceled into his company, gave themselves 500 million shares without paying a dime and then sued him.
