Information received. I finally got a return call and was told now that the 8K was filed the company could discuss my questions. From what I gather, a new management group with deeper pockets stepped in to fund the company and eliminate taking on more debt / notes (which is what has hurt the stock price in the past). The new management plans to bring much more business and revenue to the table than in the past. Former management volunteered to hand over control to ensure the company succeeded with the new infusion of capital. Apparently they hadn't received salary for over a year and invested everything into the neurosync project. If this is all accurate, i have high hopes for the small position I still hold.
