You suggest a shell is in the future for this enterprise? It is not possible. The company issued a 200 for 1 reverse split years ago and then further sullied itself by issuing billions of more shares. Nothing is clean with this so a shell is not possible. No clean shareholder list for the insiders naked shorted their own stock which tells you everything you need to know. Eastern Astoria, the parent of this fraud is the same. These men are simply skunks. Everything they touch ends up stinking.
