Company Launches Public Relations Campaign to Increase Sales of Plants to Businesses

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 1, 2006 -- United Environmental Energy Corporation ("UEEC" or the "Company") (Other OTC:UTEV.PK - News) today announced that it is selling a waste-to-energy (WTE) power plant that offers more than just an environmentally friendly solution. It eliminates waste while producing electricity in an ecological way.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has launched a public relations campaign to increase the exposure and awareness of the WTE power plant and ultimately increase its sales to businesses. The campaign stresses that the plant is a profit generator that will provide businesses with a high potential return on its investment.

The value proposition to businesses is strong, given the fact that the cost of a power plant allows for a profitable cost-benefit ratio considering the substantial profit made from the sale of the electricity generated in the plant, which is produced at a very low cost and the revenues earned from tipping fees. The average payback period is estimated at 5 years, assuming that the appropriate conditions are met.

UEEC's WTE power plants may be custom built to meet buyers' needs and specifications.

United Environmental Energy Corp.

In light of its commitment to a pollution-free environment, UEEC's philosophy of business is to be a force of change in the de-pollution of the planet.
