If AVDX has come to an agreement - or not - with ARYC about the future of OVADx - they had to come to an agreement by June 30th or OVADx would revert back to ARYC- why have they not filed an 8K, as per SEC rules?

This is an important material event, and AVDX is still subject to SEC rules, unlike ARYC!!

What is going on?!!
