2.20 was a good price. Last year, anything 2.25 and under was good. Things change. But in the long term PIRS has the qualities of a real winner and eventually (unless their narrative has a serious change), your 2.20 entry point will look great.
Right now, I usually only sell enough shares for a very modest gain which I sink back in to slowly expand. I honestly don't mind selling for just 100.00 gain after fees when I know I'm in it for the long haul, so I will often ride a dime - like the trend we're in now. When I see a news run up coming, my amount sold is usually larger and I rebuy the post-news trough. I'm restricted in expertise, having to rely on more narrative than chart indicators, though I am able to utilize volume indicators well. Slow and steady build with more conservative selling-around-the-core works for me.
