I was just contacted by the attorney working on this case, and it is not Todd Lahr.

In fact, I am actually hopeful for the first time that I may get something back.

I am not going to publicly give the attorneys name, but he has won his clients through judgement or settlement over 100 million in securities fraud cases.

I am not saying that he is taking the case or not because I don't know his intentions, but to have a young attorney of his/her caliber is darn interesting to me.
