In 2015 was involved in the collapse caused by the Swiss Franc, ad was refinanced by a loan of 300 Millions.

In the original plan, the company could repay the loan in almost 1 year (2016), but was hevily attacked by short sellers, and the plan was changed.

1) loan delayed in 12/31/2017

2) reverse split 10/1

3) 130 Million $ available for buy-back (not used yet)

Fxcm has used this year to sell some non-strategic assets and go shopping.
