Commend someone for doing the right thing and not resorting to a form of fraud? That should just be a given and not commendable. What is "commendable" is when an individual selflessly goes above and beyond the call of duty and places the importance of another before himself/herself. Let's use a firefighter as an example of commendable and not necessarily the CEO of a pinky.
