EXACTLY!

They could not issue so RS and then issue. Then another RS and issue again. In the end, they issued 1.3M after a 50/1 and 12/1. So its as if there were 600M issued prior to both RS.

Anyhow, watch and learn. 9-18 months they will have 30-50M shared out and a stock price around 10cents. A one product market valuation!

I am definitely not buying!
