Classic blindside, standard M.O. here, to sucker punch those who make it all possible, the dumb shareholder all without any voting proxy or otherwise. They fixed that on the last split giving themselves total control; makes you wonder if the votes were close or even against r/s last time IMO and they learned from that.

PSID has the appearance of a real company, but it is not, just an excuse, a parody of legitimacy so that a couple of people can live extravagantly without having to work much. Nothing to be proud of, shameful really, but they don't care.

Very sneaky to do it today and then have an interview announcement put out for next week. Many unsuspecting holders will find out Tuesday.
