Well, the way I see it is that we should remember that that the two suits are not blended together. Please know that I'm not "plugged in" which makes my knowledge of this case scant at best. That being said, a few ideas on the subject of side of homework. Research the pros and cons of a jury, one pro I can think of off hand is that we should seat as many people as we can that have experience in the corporate world. Who, and how many are on the witness list for both sides. Do we have a tailored list of questions (leading) for each? Have we researched their atty. and are satisfied that they can legally be in the courtroom? Anything asked in a deposition can be asked in a court of law. No atty. can tell a falsehood in court, tailor your defense to that end. These are just a few of the things our side should be thinking of as there are many more. I know very well that the Mods. may delete this post due to it's content and would like for them to know no offence taken.
