The company in agreement with is obvious look up drug. Many things aren't disclosed for privacy issues.

Privacy issues which never exist for NAS or NYSE drug stocks. And there are many generic companies involved with the drug. Is one suppose to be more obvious in this SBFM PR pump?

Wait for filing and more developments

Where is the 8K filing, at the time of the PR? In which they would be forced to disclose the imaginary company involved. Then again, you really don't need to file for make believe or non-existent material events.
