That's just a cover story used by Nathan and Rob Ross after several hours on the phone they figured they would screw Baron and not give them any more shares, Rob AKA PhilC posted on another site Baron wasn't getting anymore shares and everyone should thank him. Baron shareholders can thank Rob for not getting paid also, but Nathan needed cash so he issued a block to Baron to get a bunch of cash this must have pissed Rob off.

Rob also invested in WOGI and got some private placement shares, doubt he got them heard the TA hasn't been paid, in fact it took Baron weeks to get its cert and they had to pay the TA themselves the story goes.

That's the problem with this deal all stories and not substance....
