I believe several people have said things like "Bait and No Execute". And, there's a GINORMOUS list that happening.

Plus, it hasn't happened yet. 0 construction phases completed. FACT. 0 Construction projects completed. FACT.

It's about execution. Actually completing things. Not "we started", or "finalizing", or "drafting".

Now a pattern of purposefully baiting and no execute - now that's a scam!! LOL.

People should note that you and others were arguing more than simply the projection for the year. Your argument was also that it was impossible because construction was a pipe dream or scam and would never happen. Well it has happened, it just took longer than Paul and the rest of us anticipated. Now that construction has started, that projection looks very possible.
