I love this company and the huge potential for us longs.
That said, they have NEVER met any stated schedule.
The latest example : KW said they would anounce a schedule for the PC trial in 2-3 weeks. That was on or around June 4th ! So we should have heard by June 25th max. I still believe in the co. , but take all stated dates "with a grain of salt"(an old expression you youngsters may not be familiar with). Last year he said the trials might start in the 3rd Qtr of 2015 !! He knew that was impossible. Many other examples. Just don't put much weight on stated schedules.
