So ( theoretically ) this n1tw1t could get 100 SHARES ONLY
FOR $.0002 which is 2 WHOLE CENTS plus ONE WHOLE

Unbelievable, and all that bother and cost for ONE HUNDRED
SHARES of a completely dead but not yet buried company .
