Post Is A Forward Looking Statement

Again, this is a forum, and not an official news media source like Marketwatch

#1 is forward looking, therefore, not a historical event. Please demonstrate, using Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) showing how a consulting fee worked into a construction contract will result in actual net profits. Noone has seen the contract that you are referring to. It's certainly not the GL contract that was published.

So, when the quote includes "200,000 in profit minimum" - that's no longer a historical event.

And, again, IMO, if anyone is being misleading, it's MCIG. I'm interested in not only growing the top line in the form of revenues, but the bottom line in terms of actual positive net profits. Why? Because growing the bottom line to positive net profits will be pretty beneficial to an increased PPS - WHICH IS THE OUTCOME THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE.

"Operational Profit" - What does MCIG define as "operational profit" and exactly how does that help shareholders?

And, noticed that no one has used GAAP to show how the GL contract will show a net profit. Net profit is different from generating revenues. Different metric.

#2. Again, the crux of the issue is who ultimately will have the trademark rights to VitaStik and all of its products. MCIG has not proven that the letter is authentic or not. IF it is authentic, and the VitaStik trademark becomes Al Santos' - you don't think that he's not going to sue MCIG for any royalties that MCIG may or may not be getting from overseas partners?

Yeah, okay......lol. And, no, it ain't gonna be even close to that 25% range as part of the "up to 25%" vague comment. Again, closer to 1-3%, is my opinion for high volume, low cost, low margin products. Anyone see any VitaCBD or Nicotine18 products overseas yet? Yeah, I don't think so.

#3 Rollies is Delayed. That's it. If MCIG can't make their deadlines, then they shouldn't bait new investors and string along existing shareholders with unrealistic deadlines.

Talk is cheap. Actual execution will earn the trust back that MCIG is asking for. MCIG hasn't earned it.

As predicted, people are saying that delays are normal. Umm, okay - it can be. Problem is that many of the delays end up not coming to fruition at all. Do you really want me to create a list of that too?

The outcome of DELAYS is the same.

0 MJ License/Registration + 0 MJ Dispensaries = $0 rolling services sold + $0 Rollies sold.

It really is as simple as that.

At the end of the day, everything below is speculative as they are forward looking statements.

To dispel some of the myths being purported on these forums, I will re-clarify what is accurate. Anything else that you hear is speculative...

#1 GreenLeaf has $200,000 in profit minimum (as per the last PR), couple that with a documentary deal. NOTE: One was NOT exchanged for the other, MCIG in FACT gets both.

#2 VitaCig's royalties and revenues (all encompassing) are now going to MCIG. The illegitimate actions of one prior executive does not impact our contracts in both Europe and Asia.

#3 Rollies is a long term revenue line, with multiple aspects to capitalize on different steams, demands, and requirements. No one ever builds a house without laying out a blueprint, its inconceivable, you will not make it past the first inspector. Deployment takes time, and we want this done correctly. Discovering or moving on additional revenue streams while waiting for regulatory approval is a positive thing, not a negative. We will not stop looking for ways to expanding into existing, new, and emerging markets.

I hope this adds some clarity, or answers a few questions. I know that Mr. Hawkins put a lot of effort into addressing these various topics, but it appears that we need to re-explain things due to misinformation being spread here.
