6. They have hired many, many stock promoters. One of them posted on the message boards that toxic funding is good and the funder was a good company when that was not the case. The company is currently suing the funder for stock manipulation and securities fraud. The funder Southridge Financial, Kernaghan are infamous as corporate loan sharks who short stocks. I could pull up a ton more about Southridge and their toxic results to shareholders and share prices, and post pages, but I only threw this post together quickly this morning so people can be aware of just how ETFM is TOXIC now.

I expect a very large amount of dilution and a death spiral to under penny/share within 12 months.
